Align yourself through breathwork

One of the most powerful tools for healing.

Breathwork transforms your most automatic act — breathing — into one of the most powerful tools for healing and transformation available to you.

By intentionally changing the rhythm, depth, and pattern of your breath, you activate your body's innate intelligence: the systems that regulate stress, restore balance, and release what you've been carrying. It is both a science and an art — a bridge between your physiology and your emotional landscape
Working with Dany means being met exactly where you are. Drawing from 9D Breathwork, pranayama, and years of somatic practice, she weaves together technique, presence, and care to create a space that feels both safe and deeply transformative. Each session includes a opening intention, guided breathwork with carefully curated music, and time at the end to integrate and ground the experience.
You don't need prior experience.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to arrive and breathe.

Backed by science, guided by wisdom.

Breathwork is not just a spiritual practice — it is firmly supported by decades of scientific research.
